Who we are
helden is an early-stage venture based in Switzerland. For any privacy question, write to kontakt@wehelden.ch.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the early-access form: your name, work email, company, role, company size, and what you are hiring for. Our host also records standard, aggregate traffic data (such as page views) without identifying you.
Why we collect it
To contact you about early access to helden and to understand the demand we are seeing. Nothing else.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Where it lives
Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider (Netlify) on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own use.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for early access, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under Swiss data-protection law (nFADP) and the GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data. Write to kontakt@wehelden.ch and we will act promptly.
